Good to know
Questions, answered.
How is it different from the R36S Ultra?
The Ultra Max has a bigger 4.5 inch fully laminated screen (the Ultra's is 4 inch) and dual stereo speakers. The Wi-Fi, the lit sticks and the 40,000-game library carry over.
Which games are on it?
Up to 40,000 classic games across 20+ systems on the 128GB card in the Max Bundle, and 15,000+ on the 64GB card in the Single Device. They are preloaded, so you power on, pick one from the menu and play.
Can I add my own games?
Yes. Copy your own game files to the card from a computer and they show up in the menu next to the preloaded games. Only add games you own.
Can two people play?
Yes. Plug a wired USB controller into the console's USB port and a second player joins in. The controller is not included.
How long does the battery last?
The 3000mAh battery gives up to 5 hours of play and charges over USB with the included cable, the same as a phone.
How do the Duo Pack and the Duo Max work?
Choose Duo Pack or Duo Max Bundle above and pick a colour for each console. Two Singles come to $241.98 and two Max Bundles to $299.98; the saving is applied automatically in the cart. Nothing to type in.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Free tracked shipping on every order, to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, the Nordics, Australia and New Zealand.
How fast does it ship?
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery takes 8 to 16 business days to the United States and 10 to 20 business days to Canada, the UK, Europe, Australia and New Zealand, tracked the whole way.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final, so please check your colour and bundle before you check out. The full terms are in our refund policy; they do not affect your rights under the law of your country.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. It is Shopify's checkout, with Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and every major card.
