About Us

The Pocket Era started in a living room, over a controller that had seen better days.

Three of us, friends since long before any of this, had a habit of ending up in the same place on the same nights. Games running, snacks gone, arguments over who actually won. Somewhere in that routine, one of us pointed at a shelf and said what we had all been thinking: the stuff we cared about most was crammed into a closet.

That was the whole start of it. Not a business plan, just three people who realized the things they collected deserved better than a bin in the garage.

We started hunting for display pieces that actually looked good in a room. Most of what we found was either overpriced or built cheap. So, we started sourcing our own, testing samples on our own shelves first, and keeping only the ones that held up. Friends asked where we got them. Then their friends asked. At some point it stopped being a hobby.

What We Do

We curate collectibles and display pieces for people who care how their space looks. That means we are selective. We are still a small team, not a marketplace with a catalog of thousands of items nobody has ever touched. Every product on this site is chosen deliberately, and anything that does not hold up in person does not make the cut.

How We Operate

Two things guide how we run:

• Quality over volume. We would rather carry a short list of things we believe in than a long list we cannot vouch for.
• Honest pricing. No games at checkout. What you see is what you pay.
