Payment & Billing

We accept the following payment methods, all processed over a secure encrypted (SSL) connection:

Major credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover. We also accept Shop Pay, Venmo, Google Pay, and PayPal.

Your card is charged when your order is placed. The full order total, including shipping and any applicable taxes or duties, is shown at checkout before you confirm payment. We never store complete card numbers. Payment is handled by PCI compliant processors.

What Appears on Your Statement

Charges appear on your card or bank statement as POCKET ERA.

Currency

Our prices are set in US Dollars (USD). Where we support your local currency, prices are displayed converted at the prevailing rate so you can see roughly what you will pay.

Depending on your location and payment method, your card may be charged in USD and converted by your bank rather than by us. If that happens, the final amount on your statement can differ slightly from the figure shown at checkout, and your bank may add its own foreign transaction fee. Neither the conversion rate nor that fee is set by us.

Import Duties and Taxes

Orders delivered to Canada or the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs handling fees set by the destination country. Where these are shown and collected at checkout, they are included in your total. Where they are not, they are charged by your local customs authority on delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient.
