Orders and Pricing

All prices are set in US Dollars (USD) and may be displayed in your local currency where supported. The total cost of your order, including product price, shipping, and any applicable taxes or duties, is displayed at checkout before payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud. If we cancel a paid order, you receive a full refund.

Product Information

We work to describe and photograph products accurately, but minor variations in color, finish, and appearance may occur, particularly on hand finished and laser etched items. Preloaded game libraries on handheld consoles are supplied by the manufacturer and may vary between production batches. Our products are intended for personal entertainment and display use.

Where We Ship

We ship to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. We do not currently accept orders for delivery to any other country.

International Orders

When you order from outside the United States, you are the importer of record. That means:

• You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, and customs handling fees charged by your country, except where those charges are collected at checkout.
• You are responsible for making sure the items you order may lawfully be imported into your country. Where an order is refused, seized, or destroyed by customs, we cannot refund the value of goods lost that way.
• Delivery estimates for international orders exclude time spent in customs, which is outside our control.

If a parcel is returned to us undelivered because it was unclaimed or because duties were refused, we will refund the order less any shipping and handling costs actually incurred.

Shipping and Payment

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy. All sales are final, as set out in our Refund Policy. Both are available in the footer of every page.

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, Venmo, Google Pay, and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely over an encrypted (SSL) connection by PCI compliant processors.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, United States, regardless of where the order is placed or delivered.
